Dura-Line, announced today that it has acquired Biarri Networks, a leading Denver-based technology provider that specializes in fiber optic network design solutions for the global telecommunications industry. The strategic investment in Biarri Networks’ software and services complements Dura-Line’s infrastructure expertise and supports Dura-Line in extending its end-to-end offerings.

Dura-Line, an Orbia business and leading manufacturer of conduit and accessories for the telecommunications industry, has announced the construction of three new production facilities across the U.S. and Canada. Dura-Line is investing in these facilties to meet growing demand in North America for fiber-optic network infrastructure.

Prysmian Group, Clearfield, Inc., Dura-Line, Oldcastle Infrastructure and Primex have teamed up to deliver a comprehensive high-speed broadband infrastructure solution to the rural areas of Canada.
